Salman Khan’s first look from Tubelight is out and it seems like director Kabir Khan is all set for his next hit with the Dabangg Khan. The first look of Tubelight is a closeup shot of Salman Khan, taken from back. He is seen dressed as a soldier walking with his fellow comrade with a gun and a backpack on the battlefield. It also shows tall mountain ranges of Ladakh in the background. Tubelight is set in the backdrop of 1962 war between China and India at the Sino-Indian border.

On the occasion of India celebrating it’s 70th Independence Day, director Kabir Khan took to Twitter to share the first shot of his upcoming film featuring the protagonist Salman Khan as a soldier. Sharing the first look, Kabir also wished everyone a Happy Independence Day from the team of Tubelight.

Salman Khan and Kabir Khan have been shooting for the film in the picturesque Ladakh. Recently, they wrapped up the Ladakh leg ahead of their schedule. Salman is cast opposite a Chinese actress, Zhu Zhu in the film.

The film has created immense buzz ever since it was announced and has become the topic of discussion in the tinsel town. In the film, Salman Khan allegedly will play the character of a man with special needs for the first time in his acting career.

It is essentially a love story. Salman has been cast opposite his real-life brother Sohail Khan in the film. This is the third film where Kabir and Salman are collaborating after Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Ek Tha Tiger. Tubelight is scheduled to release on Eid next year.
