Pink getting incredible attention, immense praise, says Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan says his latest film Pink, a courtroom drama, is getting incredible attention and immense praise. Pink, co-produced by Shoojit Sircar and directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, is a message-based drama on sexual crimes against women.

Amitabh, who plays a lawyer in the film, took to Twitter on Sunday to talk about the appreciation the film is receiving. The actor tweeted, “#PINK .. the motivational poem for women at end credits of the film.”

Released on September 16, the film also features Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Tariang, Angad Bedi, Piyush Mishra and Dhritiman Chatterjee. Various Bollywood celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Divya Dutta, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have praised the film on the micro-blogging site.
