Looks like Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Rajput, is full of praise for her husband’s role in his first release since their marriage. A source has revealed that after watching the trailer of the actor’s upcoming film, in which he stars opposite Alia Bhatt, Mira was thrilled to see him in a new avatar.
The source says, “While Shahid has been receiving positive feedback from people across the industry for the promo of director Vikas Bahl’s film, the most special one has come from Mira. Interestingly, like everyone else, she, too, was unaware of the concept of the film. It was a pleasant surprise for her to see Shahid play a wedding planner in it.”
The source adds that Mira is looking forward to seeing how her husband will play such a refreshing character, and sport a completely different look in the film. The insider says, “She is in love with his look in the film. She was also heard talking about the good chemistry between Shahid and Alia.”
