It is also a time for all of us to rest, reflect and prepare for the challenges of the coming New Year.
The miracle of the birth of Jesus Christ gives hope to many and His messages of peace and goodwill are embraced all over the world.
At this sacred time of year, let us join together to build on our own strengths, share the blessings we enjoy and advance the cause of harmony in all corners of our State.
