HomeWorld has opened a brand-new display village in Marsden Park, showcasing its most diverse range of homes to date, with new options for different lot sizes, inter-generational homes and the latest in sustainable living.

The new village features homes designed to suit Sydney’s low-rise medium-density housing trend as well as the most in-demand lot sizes for Sydney’s major growth corridors.

Located in Sydney’s booming north west, the new display village includes 84 new homes from 28 of Australia’s leading home building companies, including an award-winning sustainable home, more first home buyer options and homes for smaller block sizes than ever before.

As Australia’s biggest and most established display home organisation, HomeWorld’s Marsden Park initiative represents a commitment of $100 million to the region, and a new village that inspires existing and potential residents looking to build their new homes across Sydney and surrounding areas.

“HomeWorld Marsden Park provides a great opportunity for Sydneysiders to discover a huge range of new home options in the one place.

“Visitors will find designs for families of all sizes, offering everything from first home buyer options to homes that suits extended families and a fantastic new home that is impressively self-sustaining.

“Having competing home builders all on site is also an efficient and effective way for people to compare options and find the right home at the right price,” said HomeWorld CEO Phil Jones.

According to Jones, the growth and popularity of Sydney’s north west makes it a key location for a display village of this size and range.

“The north west’s population is expected to surge to 250,000 by 2026*, which is estimated to include an additional 33,000 homes in the area,” he said.

Since its establishment in 1986, HomeWorld has grown to a cooperative of 50 leading building companies across NSW. HomeWorld’s newest addition in Marsden Park will also offer an extension to HomeWorld’s villages in Thornton, Warnervale, Kellyville and Leppington.

HomeWorld now has more than 350 homes on display throughout New South Wales.

HomeWorld Marsden Park is situated on the corner of Richmond Road and Elara Boulevard and is open every day between 10am and 5pm. For more information, please visit www.homeworld.com.au
