The suspense is finally over. The audience has had its say and out of Prince Narula, Mandana Karimi, Rishabh Sinha and Rochelle Rao, the winner is… Prince Narula.

The man, known for his fights and flirting, emerged victorious on Saturday night even as Rishabh Sinha was announced as the first runner-up. Prince won Rs 35 lakh as prize money out of which he donated Rs 5 lakh to host Salman Khan’s charity Being Human.

Before the results were announced, the contestants were made to face Arjun Kapoor, who brought Khatron Ke Khiladi to the Bigg Boss house and took the housemates to task.

Bigg Bos 9 housemates also had some comic relief with comedians Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh visiting them inside the house.

The reality TV star made it to the limelight right from day one when not a single contestant wanted to go inside the house with him as the partner. He was rejected by three ladies before he found a partner in Rochelle Rao to enter the Bigg Boss house, it seemed like his journey would not extend beyond a few weeks.

But within a few days, the duo was pegged as the strongest pair inside the house. Renamed as the ‘Paratha King’ of the house for his culinary skills, Prince treated every task like a matter of life and death and completed it with utmost conviction.

Quick to slip in the presence of a pretty face, Prince fell ‘in love’ on more than one instance as he expressed his feelings for both Yuvika Choudhary and Nora Fatehi while on the show. He fostered strong relationships with Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchant.

However, at the end, none of it mattered as being the most responsible person in the house made Prince the unprecedented winner of the show.

Prince, who has earlier won reality shows like Mr Punjab, Roadies and participated in Splitsvilla, made sure he enjoyed his stint inside the house and gave the audience the necessary dose of action, drama and romance. He fought with one and all, made a sister and flirted with at least three women, apart from his other antics.

Prince professed his love for Nora Fatehi and Yuvika Choudhary on the show, and even flirted with Rochelle Rao!

Bigg Boss winners have always been people who speak out their mind, are unapologetic about fighting for themselves and entertaining the audience with all sorts of antics. Previous winners Gautam Gulati, Gauahar Khan, Urvashi Dholakia or even Shweta Tiwari have all been strong-headed and impulsive. And Prince ensured he did all of it.

Even co-contestants Kishwar Merchant, Suyyash Rai, Priya Malik and Yuvika Choudhary had said after their evictions that they wanted Prince to win the game.
