Befikre’s Khulke Dhulke is an over-the-top Punjabi wedding song. Listen, and tell us what you have to say about it.

When it is Aditya Chopra’s film, how can there not be a Punjabi tadka with the blend of Bollywood thumka? After enticing you with romance, breathtaking locales of Paris and, of course, the bindaas performance of Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, Befikre is giving you Khulke-Dhulke, a perfect number for all those fearless Punjabis out there.

The song has been sung by Punjabi sensation Gippy Grewal and Harshdeep Kaur and the music has been given by the musical duo – Vishal and Shekhar. Well, just like other songs and the promos released so far, this song is also extremely high on energy and as expected, ends with a kiss.

The song launch happened in Delhi, where Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor visited Delhi University. Carrying the vibrant Punjabi feel, Ranveer wore an out-of-the-box attire, which we might fail to describe well but, of course, he carries it like a boss. The audience went mad as Ranveer did his thing, dressed like a rainbow gone crazy.

While Ranveer chose an abstract yet striking avatar, Vaani chose to be casual for her college promotion look. Coming back to the song, this one failed to connect with us. We have so many high-energy wedding songs this year that this one just fails in comparison.

Befikre is a story about two lovers who do not want to tag their bonding as a relationship, however, will both the characters played by Dharam and Shyra will fall in love with each other? That is yet to be seen when the film releases on December 9.
