Coronavirus is a “black swan event” that has changed the level playing field for several businesses fundamentally overnight. Just like as a response to any other events, some businesses will find and adapt to new ways of doing business and thrive, while the others will quietly wither away. It will all come down how clever a business is in acquiring and retaining profitable customers. He has worked with advertising agencies like Ethnic Communications Pty Ltd (Sydney), LEBA Ethnic Group (Melbourne), Boomerang advertising agency, Multicall (Sydney), Loud media, McKenzie Partners, etc since 2007. He is the founder & director of The Indian Telegraph Media, Australia, and also currently manages sales and agent relationship in NSW for Western Union financial services.
GIRI RAMACHANDRAN: GIRI is an investor and entrepreneur with extensive executive management experience in Digital, Mobiles, Cloud & IT industries, covering sales & marketing, strategy, product management through work experience at News Corp, Telstra, Optus and IBM. Giri has set up and led successfully several new ventures within large corporations as well as start-ups and SME. Giri currently runs a software business and is focused on Australian and US market expansion efforts.
