Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor has beat Shivaay with a huge margin at the overseas market on day two as well. We calculated to what extent and it adds up to Rs. 1.51 crs!

The opening day itself wiped out all the competition that Ae Dil Hai Mushkil held with Shivaay. The Ajay Devgn’s action film hasn’t been able to attract the international audience. We had earlier reported the domestic day two earnings of the Karan Johar film which stands strong on Rs. 13.10 crs.

However, reports on Devgn’s film hasn’t come yet. However, we did get out hands on the international day two earnings of both the films and once again, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer has beat Shivaay with a huge margin. We calculated to what extent and it adds up to Rs. 1.51 crs! Ouch! Bollywood Hungama has shared the box office collections of day two, overseas.

While Ae Dil still stands ahead of Shivaay, it has seen a drop in the second day collections. On the other hand, Devgn’s flick has managed to rake in more than the first day collections. Scroll below and check out the complete box office earnings: (Check out ADHM – Shivaay day one overseas collection)

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Reports of box office collection from Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand have come in and KJo’s love saga has dominated them all. The United Kingdom collections are Rs. 1.79 crs from 127 screens! Their New Zealand collections are Rs. 22 Lakhs from 20 screens.

In Australia, the film raked in Rs. 77 Lakhs from 34 screens. From Malaysia, the numbers suggest Rs. 3.64 Lakhs. Overall overseas collection of the film totals to Rs. 2.40 crs! Wow. Well, the film has just seen more turnover on Saturday as compared to Friday.

Shivaay

There is a slight peak in the film’s collections overseas but the big difference still remains intact. We’ll give you the division. From UK, the collection earned stands at Rs. 10.07 Lakhs from 52 screens. The New Zealand collection adds up to Rs. 4.39 Lakhs from 8 screens. From Australia, there is a surge as the film has raked in Rs. 14.85 Lakhs from 28 screens. From the Malaysian market, the film has earned Rs. 66,000 from 2 screens.

The total isn’t very impressive but if you see the number of screens both the films have gained, it is without a doubt that ADHM will stand out considering the high number of screens it received. Might we also add that the second day collections for Shivaay are better as it has totalled to Rs. 29.97 Lakhs.

The second day domestic collections of both the films are Rs. 26.40 crs and Rs. 20.30 crs respectively! While there is a clear winner in the international box office collections, perhaps there is still a chance for Shivaay to beat Ae Dil as the weekend comes to an end. You can see that from yesterday’s collections, today’s margin of difference with the domestic earnings has surged upto 6 crores of difference.

Will Shivaay be able to clear this difference and come at the same level as Ae Dil Hai Mushkil? What do you think? Tell us in the comments section below!
