Aamir Khan for Dangal or Hrithik Roshan for Guzaarish – whose fat to fit transformation left you STUNNED?
Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha aren’t the only Bollywood actors who have undergone a massive physical transformation. Aamir Khan is the latest actor to have joined the bandwagon. Why we say so? Remember those pictures that had gone viral a couple of months ago which had a bulky Aamir Khan heading towards the airport? It was for his film Dangal.
Aamir weighed 97 kgs back then and today at the launch of Dangal’s making video, the actor revealed how he was scared to put on weight and then shed those extra kilos. In the film, he plays a wrestler who is a father of four girls. So for his role in the film, he had to first gain a lot of weight.

In Dangal, Aamir who was close to putting on 100 kgs, had to shed 22 kgs to get back in shape for his role in the film. And then lose it all and it wasn’t obviously an easy task. For all those who have been struggling with weight issues would know what exactly I am talking about. But look at him now! Aamir is back in his all glory.. he got rid of the excess weight and he is back to looking fit.

Aamir’s weight loss transformation somehow reminds us of another actor who too did something similar for his movie. Its none other than Hrithik Roshan. For his role in Guzaarish, the actor put on weight and his pot belly got everyone talking. And for us to see someone like Hrithik, who is a fitness freak, gain so much weight came as a big shocker. But Hrithik had Krrish 2 after Guzaarish in the making so he was back with his hot bod.
