Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar rules once again with his latest outing Good Newwz raking in $9.18 million in the second week at the international box office. The film has already earned 190 crores in the Indian domestic box office and the international collections of close to $10 million cements Akshay Kumar’s position as the number one Bollywood actor right now. Directed by Raj Mehta, Good Newwz has been receiving outstanding reviews and also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljt Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in lead roles.
With four back to back hits in 2019, Akshay Kumar has an equally packed calendar for 2020 beginning with Rohit Shetty’s cop universe saga Sooryavanshi, followed by horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb, historical drama Prithviraj based on the heroic Prithviraj Chauhan and ending with a Christmas 2020 release of Bachchan Pandey directed by Farhad Samji.
