Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre to Host Business Meet on Sidelines of Pravasi Divas

Washington: Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC), a not-for-profit set up by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, in partnership with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will host an India Diaspora Business Meet next month in Los Angeles on the sidelines of the Pravasi Divas.

To be inaugurated by the External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj, on November 14, the business meet will focus on specific sectors including Digital India, Renewable Energy & Investments in Social Impact Enterprises in India, a press release said yesterday.

The business meet scheduled will include panel discussions and presentations on focus sectors and additional topics such as Make in India, Swacch Bharat, Innovation & Entrepreneurship etc as well as B2B meetings and B2G meetings with Indian official and business delegations, the release said.
