Most Bollywood celebs ushered in the New Year in style, athough some preferred to keep it low-key, celebrating with only their nearest and dearest. Some brought in 2015 at home, while others were away because of work commitments. But its clear that everyone had fun! We bring you an exclusive sneak peek into how Bollywood’s best enjoyed their New Year celebrations
Shah Rukh Khan chose Dubai to ring in the New Year. While his wife Gauri and daughter Suhana were at their Dubai home planning a bash, SRK will joined them separately with son Aryan, who flew in from London. Sonu Sood also joined them for the party.
Hrithik Roshan’s sons Hridhaan and Hrehaan joined him in Dubai as well. The actor who was shooting for a commercial there, decided to extend his trip and had parents Rakesh and Pinky Roshan for company. He is said to have jetted back to aamchi Mumbai for New Year’s eve, though.
Sridevi was in the city with her daughters Jhanvi and Khushi, but minus hubby Boney Kapoor. Dubai was a favourite destination with this Kapoor clan, as Anil Kapoor and Sonam also partied in Dubai.
Katrina Kaif flew down to London to celebrate Christmas with her family, and then ushered in the New Year in New York with beau Ranbir Kapoor by her side. Earlier, the duo had a Christmas bash in Mumbai with close friends.
Salman Khan, reportedly, took time off from his busy schedule of juggling between ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo’ and ‘Bigg Boss 8’ and celebrated his 49th birthday at his Panvel farmhouse with family and close friends. The celebrations continued till New Year’s eve, and the ‘Dabangg’ Khan rang in 2015 in the company of his loved ones.

‘Student of the Year’ co-stars Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra were in NYC for NYE.
Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, who prefer to celebrate special occasions overseas, spent their New Year in their favourite holiday destination in Gstaad, Switzerland. The pre-Christmas lunch at Shashi Kapoor’s residence was a big hit, with the entire Kapoor clan in attendance. Kareena also attended Christmas mass at Mount Mary Church in Bandra with her mother and sister.
Deepika Padukone took a break from work and was in the Maldives with her family where co-star and ‘good friend’ Ranveer Singh joined her.
Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna were in South Africa for her birthday (December 29) as well as for the New Year, with son Aarav and daughter Nitara in tow. The family spent about 10 days in Cape Town.
Priyanka Chopra and Randeep Hooda headed to Goa with their respective families on New Year’s eve. Priyanka had a quiet New Year’s eve dinner at her home there. Bipasha Basu too, took to celebrating New Year in Goa on the beach with her co-star from ‘Alone’, Karan Singh Grover. The duo took some time off from the film’s promotions to enjoy with friends.
Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan enjoyed New Year celebrations in Los Angeles while shooting for ‘ABCD 2’. Keeping them company and out of mischief was Shraddha’s mother Shivangi and Varun’s family.
